 What they do...
The COMPASS project management team is responsible for setting the vision, goals and priorities of the project. They oversee the project plan, commit resources and communicate support for the project throughout the school district.
They will be reviewing progress of the project and providing guidance and oversight. Throughout the project, they will ensure inter-institutional, inter-divisional and inter-project coordination. Policies and procedures impacted by and required by the project will be managed by this team. They will resolve high-priority issues, approve allocation of project resources and remove any roadblocks that the implementation team experiences. In short, they are the project ambassadors.
