Change Management


According to the Prosci and Change Management Learning Center, there are three critical elements for successful change:  leadership/sponsorship, project management and change management.

Leadership formulates the strategy and direction for the organization.

Project Management represents the fundamentals of management in a project, including the design of work tasks and the management of resources to implement the changes on time and on budget.

Change Management represents the people side of change.  In essence, Change Management represents the actions taken by the organization to help employees transition from the current state to the desired future state.
